Live-in Care
Your professional live-in carer works with you to meet your personal needs and wishes, following an individually designed support plan that is put together by our Care manager in conjunction with those that are familiar with your existing routines and needs. Your care is arranged on your terms and is designed to meet existing preferences for meals and eating times, naps and hobbies as well as established medication and care routines. We are flexible and change with your needs as they evolve.
Domiciliary Care
You will receive your own tailor-made care package to suite your unique needs, and you will have your own carer. They will help you achieve yours or your loved one’s personal needs and wishes, while supporting you through your plan. Typically, a care worker will visit several service users in succession every morning (and/or lunchtime or evening) and assist them to get up and prepare for the day. Workers will often prepare meals and undertake other domestic duties in the course of their work.
